How would getting a new boiler from Home Heat Care work?
1. Answer a short series of simple questions about your home and boiler.
2. Choose the boiler that is right for you.
3. Pay for your boiler through our attractive finance plans or pay for your boiler upfront.
4. Your brand new boiler will arrive at your home ready for one of our expert Gas Safe engineers to install.
5. One of our expert Gas Safe engineers will install your boiler.

Do you have your own engineers?
Yes, our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and will carry out the installation in a professional manner.
How much will a new boiler cost me?
Prices vary on which brand of boiler you choose. We have a range of different brands which vary in price and quality, fill in an online quote here.
How can I pay for my new boiler?
We can offer payment by a number of methods, please contact us for details.
Do I need to do anything before my boiler is installed?
We ask that our customers ensure that our engineers can access the boiler. If there are any items blocking access to the boiler please remove these so that our engineers can access your boiler.
Should I repair or replace my old boiler?
We will always advise you that it is better that you replace your boiler than have your boiler repaired as additional problems can arise in the future if you opt for repair rather than replacement. Your new boiler will be covered by warranty, provided by the manufacturer. This means that if your new boiler does break, the manufacturer will repair it for you – free of charge.
Will the installation process create mess within my home?
No! Our engineers will always ensure your home is left in the same state it was prior to installation. Our engineers wear protective clothing to avoid mess.
When will my new boiler be installed?
Once we have received payment or you have signed your finance agreement you will be notified of your boiler installation date.
Are you registered and regulated by the correct official bodies?
Yes. We are regulated by the FCA and Gas Safe Register.
